Overview
The E5302 Rod Pump Controller is an intelligent controller developed by ECHO Technologies for the needs of oil and gas production. It is a combination of oil exploration, automation, communication, and computer technologies. It features well data acquisition, dynamometer graph, well condition analysis, and remote pump controlling. The E5302 RPC is a highly reliable controller and easy to use.
The E5302 supports various communication methods. It can be used as an unattended rod pump control system, monitoring well condition, improving production efficiency, providing reliable operation, and saving cost.
The E5302 is comprised of a controller and protection cabinet which is specifically designed for rain, sun and dust proof. With combinations of rod load sensor, rod position sensor and other instruments, the E5302 provides comprehensive information including dynamometer graph, pressure, temperature, motor voltage and motor current. The E5302 also provides wireless communication port for working with wireless field instruments to save cabling cost. The E5302 can work as an independent local controller or act as a remote substation for a SCADA system.
